Jane Pauley Community Health Center
Jane Pauley Community Health Center provides general medical care for adults and children. They also provide dental, vision, ob/gyn, and mental health assistance.
They take Medicaid, Medicare, most other insurance, and serve individuals without insurance. If you do not have insurance, you will pay an initial office visit fee of $20 for medical appointments and $30 for dental appointments. All care after that will be provided based on a sliding scale fee.
