Eskenazi Health: Mental Health & Addiction Services

Eskenazi offers full-service medical care with specialists available for more complex medical needs.  They offer a sliding scale fee program for individuals without insurance that is based on income.

The following clinical and mental health supportive services are available:

• Crisis services, including mobile crisis dispatched through 988

• Outpatient mental health and substance use services

• Person- and family-centered treatment planning

• Community-based mental health care for veterans

• Peer family support and counselor services

• Targeted care management

• Outpatient primary care screening and monitoring

• Psychiatric rehabilitation services

• Screening, diagnosis and risk assessment

*Individuals without insurance can apply for a sliding scale fee
