We listen first and seek to understand. We are a voice of reason, compassion, and compromise, while not compromising our commitment to the safety, wellbeing, and flourishing of every person in our communities. Our ultimate goal is a robust movement of people committed to welcoming newcomers and taking care of our neighbors already here. We accomplish this through coalition building, community organizing, and awareness programs.

Neighbor for Neighbor is a Community Sponsorship model by Patchwork Indy  intended to provide services and supports to asylees, asylum seekers, refugees, Temporary Protected Status holders, Afghan Special Immigrant Visa holders, and other newcomers already located in the United States for less than a year, to help these individuals and families go from thriving to surviving.
